A free Discord server for people who make beats and mix records. Bring a problem, flip a sound, put your mix up for honest notes. Discord looks after sign-in, privacy settings and safety tools; all you need is a Discord account.
The server opens soon, for ages 16 and over. The Monday lesson email will say when.

A new thread opens in #mix-feedback. Post one track and give notes on two others. Notes are about the mix, never the person.

Post a feature request in #feature-requests when the room opens. Small, clear requests that fit a product are scheduled for the next weekly update. Bigger ones get a public timeline in the same channel, so you can see where they stand.

Every week we post what shipped, product by product: on the weekly updates page and in #announcements.

Short, and enforced
- Be kind. Feedback is about the music, never the person.
- Give before you ask: notes on two mixes for every one you post.
- No piracy. No cracked software, no requests for it, no links to it.
- No spam, and no self-promotion outside #show-your-work.
- Keep help in the help channels, so answers can be found later.
- Never post a licence key, an order number or an email address in public.
- You must be 16 or older to join.
Your safety
We will never ask for your password
- Not your password, not your payment details, not your licence key: not in a DM, not in a channel, not anywhere.
- Moderators never message you first about your account or a licence.
- Your orders and licence keys live behind Sign in, on our store's customer portal. Licence questions go to hello@simlaf.com.
- Download SIMLAF software only from simlaf.com, the link in your order email, or Sign in. A “free” copy offered anywhere else is not ours.
- If someone claiming to be us asks for any of this, it is not us. Report them to a moderator and to Discord.
